We individualize your personal training plan based on your own personal fitness goals and your current body type.
Phit is no one-trick pony— on top of his rich background in kinesiology and all things fitness-related, he’s continuously studying up on fitness and training in order to best assist you in your training needs.
We cover all sport-specific and program training and are here to help you sharpen both your body and skill in whatever sport you play.

- anything you can think of
This challenge consists of 60 days of 60 different fast-paced workouts, ranging from HIIT training to Tabata to weight training.
We also include weekly check-ins with pictures, body fat balance measurements, and weekly discussions for the next week’s fitness plan.
We’ll come up with a nutrition plan for you based on what your fitness goals are and the kind of lifestyle you live.

3-Month Training Program
This personal training program can be completed either in-person or online— whatever is most convenient to you. We require a 1-hour commitment for at least 3 days a week at the gym for one-on-one sessions with Phit.
